Job description
Ellis, a Grace Hill company, is seeking independent contractors to work as Apartment Mystery Shoppers. In this role, you will pose as a prospective resident, visit or contact apartment communities, evaluate the leasing experience, and provide detailed feedback through an online report. Multiple shop types are available, including phone, onsite, and virtual assignments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment mystery shopping assignments.
- Pose as a prospective resident seeking an apartment.
- Ask specific questions and evaluate leasing staff performance.
- Complete assigned shop projects on time.
- Submit detailed and objective reports after each assignment.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow shopping guidelines.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Reliable internet access and computer proficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Must maintain confidentiality during assignments.
- Eligible to work as an independent contractor in the United States.
