Job description

STOKR is seeking an experienced Product Design Lead to design trusted user experiences for institutional digital asset and fintech products. This role goes beyond UI design, focusing on simplifying complex financial workflows, blockchain transactions, digital securities, KYC, and investor experiences. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams while helping shape product strategy, establish design systems, and improve customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Own the complete user experience from discovery to delivery.
Map investor journeys including KYC
subscription
settlement
and secondary market workflows.
Identify usability issues and redesign complex financial experiences.
Build and improve internal design systems and reusable UI patterns.
Create design processes
usability standards
and design operations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering throughout feature development.
Design transparent and trustworthy digital asset experiences.
Work with Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements are reflected in product design.
Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
Validate designs with investors and business stakeholders.
Prototype rapidly using AI-powered design tools.
Work closely with developers during implementation.
Continuously improve workflows based on user feedback.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience.
Experience working inside a product company.
Strong knowledge of UX design principles.
Experience designing fintech or digital asset products.
Understanding of blockchain
wallets
exchanges
stablecoins
or digital securities.
Ability to solve complex workflow challenges.
Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.
Strong communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to create interactive prototypes.
