Job description
Contact Medicare and Medicaid members to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Meet call, productivity, and customer service goals in a remote call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to members
- Schedule healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved call scripts
- Meet daily productivity targets
- Update and manage appointments
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Report complaints and escalations
- Follow HIPAA and privacy policies
- Participate in team coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work fixed schedules
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
