Job description

We are hiring experienced Pickers in Dubai, UAE for warehouse and order fulfillment operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products according to customer or order requirements and preparing items for packing and dispatch. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who already have previous Picker experience and can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with major e-commerce, grocery delivery, retail, or logistics operations will be an advantage. The position offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 2,060, with the opportunity to earn up to AED 1,000 in performance bonuses based on applicable performance criteria. Responsibilities

Pick products accurately according to assigned orders.
Check product quantities and item details before completing orders.
Prepare picked items for packing and dispatch.

Ensure products are handled carefully during the picking process.
Follow warehouse procedures and operational instructions.
Maintain an organized and safe working area.
Report missing
damaged
or incorrect products to the relevant supervisor.
Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams when required.
Complete assigned picking tasks within required timeframes.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Support general warehouse activities when required.
