Real Secure IT Infrastructure LLC is a UAE-based IT services company specializing in Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and IT Projects, supporting organizations with secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments. The company is looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join its infrastructure and network team in the UAE

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users via helpdesk, phone, or onsite
• Log, track, and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed timeframes
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
• Manage networking, firewalls, and VPN configurations
• Handle backup, storage/NAS, and virtualization tasks
• Monitor system availability and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support, network administration, or server management
• Experience with cloud services and remote support tools
• Solid technical fundamentals in IT systems and networks
• Good communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• This role is designed for an early-career engineer with practical IT support experience
• Willingness to learn and develop across systems, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Prior exposure to multi-client or managed services environments a plus
