RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive in Dubai for a hospitality brand focused on dining, nightlife, and guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media content to strengthen the brand's online presence.
- Create engaging graphics
- short-form videos
- and other digital content for social platforms.
- Use Canva and video editing applications to produce marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Capture and share content from live events and venue activities
- including evening events.
- Monitor social media performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
- Support creative promotional campaigns designed around dining

- and hospitality experiences.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar social media marketing position.
- Previous experience working specifically with a standalone F&B venue.
- Strong practical knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools.
- Good visual and creative content development skills.
