Scalevance is seeking a Junior Meta Ads Specialist to join our high-performance ecommerce growth agency. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their media buying career by assisting senior strategists, optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, and managing small-tier client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily optimizations on Meta Ads accounts
- including bid adjustments and budget pacing.
- Launch new creative tests following the agency's testing framework.
- Compile weekly client reports with performance insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ad variations.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
- Assist in managing and scaling ecommerce advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working directly in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics such as ROAS
- CPA
- AOV
- and LTV.
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of at least $10
- 000.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
