Responsibilities
- Carry out quality assurance and quality control checks across residential and villa construction sites

- Manage snagging and de-snagging processes using relevant software tools
- Review and interpret construction drawings, including use of AutoCAD where needed
- Document inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project management to resolve quality issues
- Maintain QA/QC records and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Support handover processes by ensuring units meet required quality standards before delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience with a main contractor in the UAE, specifically on residential building and villa projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience using snagging/de-snagging software
- Must currently be based in the UAE
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with UAE construction quality standards and inspection protocols
- Experience coordinating with consultants or third-party inspection bodies
- Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 awareness)
