Digi Growth IT Solutions L.L.C. is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to lead search engine optimization initiatives and improve online visibility across digital platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new content opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, assign projects, review deliverables, and promote best practices.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Work with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements such as site speed optimization, mobile usability, crawlability, and structured data.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including link-building, outreach, and backlink quality management.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and search demand.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience leading or mentoring SEO teams.
- Excellent keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with SEO reporting and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
- Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT services environment.
