Job description

Sharjah Airport, a major aviation and cargo hub serving the emirate since 1976, regularly recruits Customer Service Representatives to support passenger check-in, inquiries, and terminal operations. This is an ongoing recruitment channel rather than a single fixed vacancy — the airport accepts applications year-round for this role type.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in
boarding
and general inquiries
Provide information on flight schedules
gate changes
and airport services
Handle passenger concerns and escalate issues where needed
Coordinate with ground and security staff to ensure smooth terminal flow
Maintain professional
multilingual communication with a diverse traveler base

Requirements

Strong communication skills
