RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting an HR Manager for an established automotive distribution group in Dubai. The role covers core HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, performance support, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE employment regulations. The position is particularly suited to an HR professional who has hands-on experience within automotive trading, distribution, or dealership environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews and onboarding.
- Support managers with HR procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Business Administration
- or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the UAE.
- Previous HR experience in automotive trading
- distribution
- or dealership operations.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within the automotive sector.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Own transportation and ability to be based in the UAE.
