Responsibilities
- Manage and update online stores across Shopify, Noon, and Amazon.
- Upload new products and maintain accurate product listings.
- Communicate with customers to answer inquiries and assist with orders.
- Support telesales activities by following up with leads and customers.
- Coordinate social media product updates and promotional content.
- Prepare basic sales and e-commerce performance reports.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital retail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
