Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, or partners connected to development projects
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication
- Support the sales or client engagement process from initial contact through to closing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed accurately and promptly
- Track client interactions and follow up to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Help identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts or attract new ones
- Represent the company professionally in client-facing meetings and communications
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within a real estate developer environment (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of the property development and sales process
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused role
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience specifically in a relationship management or client-facing role within real estate
- Familiarity with Dubai's property market and development landscape
- CRM or client management tool experience
- Bilingual ability (Arabic/English) an advantage
