Job description

DRC International Electrical Contracting LLC is hiring a Survey Engineer for its Abu Dhabi operations, with previous ADNOC-related experience highlighted for the position. Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates
BOQs
project budgets
and tender documentation using project drawings and specifications.
Carry out quantity take-offs
pricing calculations
and cost analysis for construction requirements.
Review quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support cost evaluation.
Work with procurement and project teams to identify cost-effective material and sourcing options.
Assist with tender pricing
variations
change orders
claims
and final account settlements.
Track project expenditure and prepare cost reports
valuations
and payment-related documentation.
Maintain organized records covering costs
suppliers
and project documentation.
Coordinate with project managers
engineers
consultants
subcontractors
and suppliers on commercial and cost-related matters.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Quantity Surveying
Construction Management
or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation or quantity surveying.
Experience within the UAE construction industry is preferred.
Previous exposure to Chinese-funded construction enterprises is considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of BOQs

and construction materials.
Good communication

and estimation-software skills.
