GitLab is hiring a US Public Sector Scale Ecosystem Sales Manager - AMER to lead and grow its Carahsoft partner ecosystem across federal, state, local, and education markets. In this remote role, you will drive partner-sourced pipeline growth, develop scalable partner campaigns, support customer acquisition strategies, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to expand GitLab's presence in the public sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategies for federal
- state
- local
- and education markets.
- Manage GitLab's Carahsoft partnership to generate new business opportunities and renewals.
- Build scalable partner-led demand generation programs and campaigns.
- Perform account mapping and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives
- Field Marketing
- and sales leadership.
- Support government procurement opportunities and compliance requirements.
- Drive partner enablement and activation initiatives.
- Manage marketplace transactions and partner-driven sales activities.
- Execute event-based partner strategies and convert leads into pipeline.
- Forecast partner-generated revenue and provide performance reporting.

Requirements
- Experience in sales development

- Experience working with B2B technology sales environments.
- Knowledge of US public sector markets including federal

- Understanding of government procurement processes and contract vehicles.
- Experience managing partner programs and demand generation campaigns.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and create actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events.
