Wizard Immigration Services is hiring Sales Representatives to support its customer acquisition and business growth activities in Dubai. This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the visa and immigration services sector.
Sales Representatives remain in steady demand across Dubai's visa, travel, and immigration services industry, particularly as businesses continue to serve international clients relocating to the UAE. Compensation for these roles often combines a fixed salary with commission-based earnings. Many employers recruit professionals from different nationalities, although candidates already residing in the UAE are frequently preferred for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities
- Promote visa and immigration-related services to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Candidates should currently be residing in the UAE.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in visa, immigration, travel, or tourism services.
- Previous UAE sales experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Additional language skills such as Hindi, Tamil, Sinhala, or Urdu are beneficial.
